Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have not been used or restrung.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
